wild life, openings, ground
breakings, real estate,
landscape, menu foods, images
for Websites, or most anything
else.
Booking Fee:
$50
(refundable)
There is a $50.00 booking fee to
retain my services, per calendar
day requested, and can be done
through Pay Pal, cash or check
(contact me for details).
Booking should be done no less
then 45 days from date needed to
assure services. Booking Fee
will be deducted from Session
Fee, and balance of Session Fee
(including any additional Travel
Expenses) must be paid in cash,
day of event.
Booking Fee is refundable up
until 30 days prior to scheduled
photography session (excluding
free lance or booking by
short-term notice, whereby a 72
hr. cancellation notice is
required). In both cases, a
written cancellation must be
received and acknowledged
(verifying correct addresses)
before cancellation deadline
date to be eligible for the $50
refund. Otherwise, it is
non-refundable.
If weather conditions cause a
cancellation of the photo shoot
and rescheduling conflicts
prevent my services at a later
time, then the Booking Fee will
be refunded.
Session Fee:
$100 (non-refundable)
Includes:

Shooting time up to 2 hrs. at
your designated location with up
to 6 people

Custom editing of all selected
images, color, black & white
and/or sepia. Tattoos can be
removed in moderation.
Ø
Password protected, private
online gallery viewable for 30
days at your request, otherwise,
they will be publicly posted in
"client-labeled" folders. All
print orders, CD's, flash
drives, and/or package upgrades
need to be made before
expiration.

Underwater Photography Session
Fee is $200.00 for up to 30 mins.

control of turbidity, therefore
clarity of photos is contingent
upon visibility and experience
of divers. All dive fees (i.e.,
boat, tipping crew, snacks,
water, site fees) are to be paid
by client for Sandra Koster
Photography. Sandra Koster
Photography has all her own
gear. All parties must carry
their own divers insurance, as
Sandra Koster Photography is not
responsible or liable in any way
for accidents. Before contract
agreement is made, licenses,
diving cards and insurance, must
be provided.
I accept session fee payment
before, or on the day of the
event. My website provides an
quick and easy way to pay for
services ahead of time. If
payment is not made until the
day of the event, then cash is
required before photography
begins. A written commitment to
book my services is also
required (see below).
Please allow a 7-10 business-day
turn-around for all image
editing. Digital image release
via e-email and/or on a CD, will
be sent to your address after
personal checks clear. If image
packages are paid via Pay-Pal
credit, images release
immediately, whereas e-checks
also take longer for funds
transfer.

Every selected image is
individually and professionally
edited for toning, color
correction, and cropped (as
needed or desired, including
tattoo removal). Once selected
images are edited, they are
mailed to the bride and groom,
along with limited* printing
rights, on a CD or flash drive
(additional charge). Or, I can
also send you a zip file if
you'd prefer.
*Sandra Koster Photography
retains rights to publicly
display any and all images
online or in advertising unless
a written request is submitted.

ala carte or via a package deal

Tell me what format you'd like
your images in, i.e., disc,
email or hardcopy. Then, after I
know to expect a transaction and
we have exchanged contact
information, cursor over the
images that you'd like to
purchase in hi-res format and
email me the "IMG" numbers.
After that, go to the "Pricing"
link, and pay for those images
via the drop down menu attached
to what you'd like to buy, i.e.,
digital images, or hard copies
of the various listed options.
The pricing menu will take you,
"the buyer" to a secure Pay Pal
website, which is private, and
you'll do your business with Pay
Pal by the payment method of
your choice. Pay Pal in turn
will notify me of monies in my
account. When the monies are
cleared, be it paid by e-check
(which takes longer), or credit
card, I will send out the images
in your desired format.
Note:
Please do not steal my images.
They are posted in good faith,
though watermarked and reduced
in size. My services yield high
quality results despite being
extremely low in pricing. My
services do not include
gratuity, though it is highly
appreciated. Thank you for
selecting me as your
photographer.
